The Young Hammersmith and Fulham Foundation is a membership charity supporting voluntary organisations in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Our mission is to cultivate an environment where the youth in Hammersmith & Fulham not only survive but thrive. Collaborating closely with local organizations, we are dedicated to unlocking opportunities, attracting investments, nurturing talent, and fostering innovative ideas. Through these efforts, we aim to provide children and young people with the platform they need to shine and thrive in their community.

The Sync Consortium

SYNC is our unique youth consortium designed just for Hammersmith and Fulham. Local groups often miss out because they're not big enough, don't meet certain requirements, or just don't hear about opportunities. SYNC's here to change that!
